I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), licensed in Connecticut and New York, and I specialize in providing warm, personalized care across the lifespan from children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I do not believe anyone is broken. Sometimes we just feel lost, stuck, or unsure of where to go next. My role is like a compass to walk beside you, help navigate the hard parts, and support you in reconnecting with your inner direction. And when the path feels especially dark, think of me as someone holding a light while you find your way forward.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down and create a plan that honors your goals and strengths. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with holistic support integrating medication management, mindfulness, and lifestyle strategies to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, sleep disorders and more.
After completing my PMHNP masters I was fortunate to be one of the few to be selected for a residency program to complete additional year of advanced training at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, where I focused on anxiety, PTSD, depression, sleep, ADHD, trauma-informed care, integrative psychiatry, treatment-resistant depression, and innovative options like Spravato (esketamine), TMS, and psychedelic-assisted therapy research. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel supported and empowered. Healing isn’t linear but you do not have to do it alone. Let’s find a way forward together.
